Dewey’s Service company has several ways of forming material. We can form parts that require repeating many or we can also form your one time custom projects as well.  We utilize several different brake presses which include a Dener 175X3500 175 ton , a Durma CNC HAP 37200 200 Ton and a Chicago 1012-L 60-90 Ton. We also have a BP-1696 hand brake for some of our smaller more detailed applications.

To cut our material we have a Pexto 10UH25 Shear with the capability to cut material up to 10’ in width and ¼” in thickness.  The shop also utilizes several different rollers for forming material. Shown below are our electric Lemas 60/6 Tri Roller, we also have several hand rollers still in use. A Hendley & Whitemore and a Pexto 381D hand roller. Sometimes forming certain projects require a hands on approach.
Rounding off our forming capabilities are a Boschert LB-12-K4 Notcher and a Surrise IW-50K 50 ton Iron Worker.

Here at Dewey’s Service Company we have many capabilities of forming the simplest projects to some of the most demanding projects and our machines are routinely serviced, maintained, and updated to keep up with the ever changing environment.
