Here at Dewey’s Service Company we have 2 in house lasers. 1 Mitsubishi ML3015HD and 1 Mitsubishi ML3015EX. We utilize the latest software and laser cutting technology to provide us with the ability to cut a wide range of material at various thicknesses. The laser nesting software we use is DiamondCam Nest-FX and provides the capability to maximize sheet usage which in turn helps in the reduction of pricing on projects, multiple items, and parts runs.

We use our lasers to cut several different material types ranging from stainless steel, Aluminum, and Carbon steel. Our lasers offer a cost-effective solution for most of our manufacturing needs. Our fabrication services range from one off prototypes, to custom projects, to high-volume production parts.

Laser cutting is a very economical means of cutting flat plate material. Our lasers offer both precision and accuracy at high speeds. Laser cutting also gives Dewey’s Service Company the ability to produce complex shapes with sharp radiuses without any special tooling needs. It also gives us the ability to etch as well.

There are many benefits laser cutting provides, clean cut edges, cutting fine contours and radiuses, as well as non-contamination of our material. We use our lasers on a wide variety of fabrications for many different market types.
